GEM-ZYME EMULSION REMOVER
This product is designed for the removal of photo polymer, diazo and capillary film emulsions. This is an extremely concentrated cleaner. When used in full strength, it immediately attacks the emulsion. GEM-ZYME is safe on all types of mesh and is drain acceptable to a treatment plant, after soil release, when used as directed.Use in concentrated form or at a dilution of 1 part product up to 20 parts water. 4oz bottle can make up to about 2.5 Qts.
Remove Ink, Blockout, and Tape from screen.
Wet screen with water
Apply GEM-ZYME to both sides of screen by spray, wipe, or in a dip tank.
Wait 10 seconds or more, depending on the dilution factor.
High pressure water rinse both sides until emulsion residue is gone
